oohh 3 trees.

A story is told of three trees in the forest who had different dreams of what they would make when they were cut down. The first tree thought that it would be curved to make a beautiful chest that would hold very expensive and beautiful jewelry. The second tree thought that it would make a magnificent ship that would ferry royalty and the last one believed that it would grow tall and everyone who came to the forest would marvel at its height and see God's glory. 


When the first tree met the ax, it was carried off by a farmer to make a manger, the second one was used by a fisherman to make a fishing boat. The third one, however, was struck down by lightning and its poles were carried and left outside unused. Many winters, summer,s springs, and autumns came and went and the poles were untouched.
This sounds like a depressing story following the crash and landing of the trees' dreams. However, here is the catch. Many years later when Joseph and Mary could not find an inn to rest in, baby Jesus, the king of kings was held by the manger made from tree number one. 

Tree number one held more than expensive jewelry! At age 33, Jesus taught in a boat that belonged to Peter and Andrew, who were fishermen. Guess why this boat is particular? Yes, you guessed right. The boat made from the second tree. It finally carried royalty! After he was convicted to die, the idle poles finally had use. Jesus carried them all the way to Golgatha. They were used to make His cross. For about 2000 years, people look at that cross and they marvel at God's great love for us and they glorify Him. 


My point, the story of your life might be likened to that of the trees' at the beginning. Do not be discouraged. There is a chance of things turning around and your dreams being fulfilled. In the book of Romans, Paul says that God is able to turn what is meant for evil to be for good, for those who love Him and are predestined, so hold on. Things gonna lookup.

Now, imagine your girlfriend telling you that" babe, aki niko na ball" and you had not been intimate at all. Had not kissed or even made out, the furthest you had gone was hugging and holding hands but with Covid, you hadn't done even shaken hands from March.
